Yes. The free plan gives you 5 CRO audits per day with no credit card required. There is no API key needed. The Pro plan ($19/mo) unlocks unlimited audits, copy rewrites, and A/B test hypotheses.
When you click Analyze, ConvertIQ sends the following to OpenAI's API:
- The page headline, subheadings, and button text
- A 1,000-character text sample from the page body
- Structural signals (does it have testimonials, pricing, FAQs, etc.)
This usually means one of three things:
- OpenAI API outage — check status.openai.com and try again in a few minutes.
- JavaScript-heavy page — some pages are fully rendered by JS and the extension can't extract enough text. This is rare on standard SaaS pages.
ConvertIQ caches results for 24 hours per URL to save API costs. If you've made changes to your page and want a fresh audit, click "Analyze Again" at the bottom of the results panel — this clears the cache and runs a new analysis.
Yes. ConvertIQ works on any publicly accessible web page. Analyzing competitor pages is one of the most common use cases — see where your competition scores and identify gaps. ConvertIQ only reads publicly available page content, the same as any visitor would see.
ConvertIQ works on any webpage but is tuned to analyze SaaS landing pages, pricing pages, and trial signup flows. The AI is specifically prompted to evaluate pages for SaaS conversion metrics (trial signups, demo requests, paid conversions). Results on e-commerce or blog pages may be less tailored.
Email support@tigerbrandsglobal.com with "Cancel subscription" in the subject line and we'll cancel immediately. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. If you're within 7 days of your initial purchase and unsatisfied, we'll refund you in full.
Right-click the ConvertIQ icon in Chrome → "Remove from Chrome." This uninstalls the extension and removes all locally stored data (cached results, usage counts) from your browser. There is no account to delete because ConvertIQ has no server-side account system.
